How we deliver your orders across Europe

Shipping & Couriers

For both domestic and international shipments, when indicated on the pre-order page, the best couriers on the market are used. In Italy, these may include Bartolini, GLS, and SDA.

Each company reserves the right to use the courier they consider most suitable, based on the customer’s package size, volume, and destination.

If you wish to choose the courier, you should make this request directly to the company during the first order confirmation contact — that is, when you are called to confirm your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are 1–2 business days. These may vary due to third parties such as couriers or logistical issues.

98% of shipments are delivered within 48 hours of telephone order confirmation.

Delivery Conditions

Goods are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the phone confirmation of the order.

If no phone confirmation is required, the order will be shipped to the shipping information entered in the order form. If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a delivery notice, and the customer may collect the goods from the courier’s depot within 10 business days.

Claims

In case of tampering or damaged packaging, the customer must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by writing “GOODS SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” on the courier’s delivery receipt.

The customer must then contact our customer service within 2 business days of delivery to initiate the complaint procedure.

Changes to Terms

These shipping conditions may be changed at any time without notice.
