Returns & Refunds

The right of withdrawal is governed by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, articles 52 and following, which entitles you, if you are a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to your professional activity — that is, if you do not provide a VAT number in the order form — to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, provided that you return the purchased goods within 30 days from the date of receipt, intact and in the original packaging, complete in all parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform shoplykraft.com of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must:

(a) use the FORM available in the Customer Area of the Site under the “RETURN REQUEST” section; if this system is not working, send the request through the form on the CONTACT page, selecting “RETURN REQUEST” from the dropdown menu.

In all cases of exercising the right of withdrawal, shoplykraft.com will send the user a confirmation email upon receipt of the withdrawal request.

It is your responsibility to arrange the shipment of the products to be returned. To minimize damage to the original packaging, we recommend, whenever possible, placing it inside a second box and avoiding placing labels or adhesive tape directly on the original product packaging.

The only costs you are responsible for are the shipping costs for returning the goods.

The product must be returned within no more than 14 days from receipt of the goods.

shoplykraft.com is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss suffered by the goods during the return, which is the customer’s responsibility.

Subject to any restoration costs for proven damage to the original packaging and the integrity of the goods, shoplykraft.com will reimburse you the full amount paid as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days from receipt of the goods, excluding shipping costs.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase order. In the case of cash on delivery payment, the customer must provide an IBAN to receive the refund.

Methods and limits of the right of withdrawal

The law granting the right of withdrawal provides the following conditions:

• The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to withdraw only part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, attachments, etc.);
• The product must be returned within no more than 14 days from receipt of the goods;
• To minimize damage to the original packaging, we recommend, whenever possible, placing it inside a second box; placing labels or adhesive tape directly on the original product packaging should be avoided;
• The only costs you are responsible for are the shipping costs to return the goods and not the initial shipping costs already borne by the seller;
• The shipment, until the receipt is confirmed in the seller’s warehouse, is entirely your responsibility; in case of damage to the goods during transport, we will notify you within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in our warehouse to allow you to promptly file a complaint with the courier and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this event, the product will be made available for return to you, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
• We are not liable for any damage or theft/loss of goods returned through uninsured shipments; upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected to assess any damages or tampering not related to transport.

Return procedure

The procedure to follow once you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal is as follows:

1. Send the return request using the FORM available in the Customer Area of the Site under “RETURN REQUEST”.
2. Wait for acceptance of the return request. You will be provided with the address and details of the location where to send the return.
3. Prepare a suitable and protected package.
4. Send the goods, preferably via a tracked shipping method.
5. Wait for confirmation of the returned item’s inspection.
6. Once the eligibility for return is confirmed, you will receive the refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
• Supply of sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons or connected to the protection of health or items that have been opened after delivery;
• Supply of goods that risk deteriorating or expiring quickly;
• Supply of sealed audio or video goods that have been opened after delivery;
• Supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines;
• Your order does not arrive due to factors under your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address);
• Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., delay caused by a natural disaster).

Contract modifications

These terms and conditions of the satisfied or refunded guarantee may be modified at any time without notice.

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled up to the time of shipment. If your order has been paid and you want to modify or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
