Your Warranty Rights
Under EU Directive 2019/771, all products purchased from Shoplykraft come with a minimum 24-month legal guarantee from the date of delivery. This means if a product is defective or does not conform to the description, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement or refund.

What Is Covered
🔧 Manufacturing Defects
Any defect in materials or workmanship that causes the product to malfunction or not perform as described.
📄 Non-Conformity
Products that do not match the description, images or specifications shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
⚡ Premature Failure
Products that stop working or degrade significantly within the warranty period under normal use conditions.
📦 Missing Components
Orders that arrive with missing parts or accessories that were listed as included with the product.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear from regular use over time
- Damage resulting from accidents, drops or exposure to water (unless the product is rated waterproof)
- Products used for purposes other than their intended use as described
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s functionality
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us at info@shoplykraft.com with your order number and a description of the issue
- Step 2: Include photos or a short video showing the defect
- Step 3: Our team will review your claim within 48 hours and provide instructions
- Step 4: Depending on the case, we will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund
💡 Important: For the first 12 months after delivery, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. After 12 months, you may be asked to demonstrate that the defect was not caused by misuse.
